The Christmas House Tour will begin at the historic Loucks Homestead, located at 527 North Chestnut Street. The home has maintained many of the original 1830’s architectural details and boasts many of the 1880’s embellishments.
This circa 1895 home was built for E. L. Rutherford. You will be impressed with the Victorian elegance, many beautiful stained-glass windows and incredible interior wood millwork details.
Inside this 1890’s Victorian, enjoy the many festive decorations in this Christmas wonderland! The circa 1910 addition of Colonial revival columns and exterior millwork add to the grandeur of this home.
Tour this impressive and elegant mid-century split-level home, also called a tri-level due to the staggered floor levels connected with two sets of stairs.
The Sterrett family purchased 325 acres from Isaac Meason in 1786, originally living in a log cabin near Jacobs Creek. They built this federal style brick farmhouse in 1856.
St. Paul’s Evangelical Lutheran Church was dedicated in 1910. Learn the history of the stained-glass windows and enjoy the traditional holiday décor.
POSTPONED: Unfortunately the Geyer Performing Arts Center will not be on the tour this year due to unforseen circumstances. We apologize for the late notice, but look forward to having them on the tour next year!
