The mission of the Preserve Scottdale group, a sub committe of the Scottdale Historical Society, is to focus on creative ways to fund the preservation and innovative adaptive reuse of our town's rich architectural history.
Preserve Scottdale groups vision is to become a resource to protect the community's commercial, residential, and industrial cultural resources by determining ways to preserve structures, advocating for adaptive reuse, educating on aesthetic design choices, and seeking funding sources.

The Preserve Scottdale group will hold meeting the fourth Tuesday every month at 6:30 p.m. at the Loucks Homestead. If you are interested in volunteering with this sub committee of the Scottdale Historical Society and getting involved in preserving our towns commercial, residential and industrial properties in a positive manner, then please join us.
The next meeting of the Scottdale Historical Society will be Tues., June 13, 2017 at 6:30 p.m. at the Loucks House.
